If, however, you are unhappy in any way with your purchase, or you want to cancel the order after the depatch of the product, we will gladly issue a refund to the Paypal account, original credit or debit card used. Only delivery fee will be charged. Please notify us by email at info@ample.com.hk within 5 days of receipt of the goods. All return items should be in good condition accompanied in original packaging and receipt.
You can cancel your order before dispatch of the goods by sending a note of cancellation to us by email at info@ample.com.hk. We will issue a refund to the Paypal account, original credit or debit card used.
Product(s) damaged or defective on arrival will be replaced provided that we are notified by email at kong@ample.com.hk within 5 days of receipt of the goods with attachment of picture of defective item(s). We will promply contact you for replacement arrangement after we are notified. You should send back the defective item(s) within 7 days upon request and we will refund your postage cost in returning them. If the defective item(s) cannot be replaced, we will provide an alternative if you prefer or a full refund regarding the defected item(s) will be issued.
